Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with any product ordered through our online store, please contact us on 022 36 73 019 or email mathias@takeabitewaihekeisland.com.

We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods to us, where the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed upon, a replacement package will be given.

We will consider replacements for any deliveries returned to us within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement on any product.

Caterings

​

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% is required. The total balance must be settled two weeks before the event.
In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed as follows: 

​

80% of deposit > 60 days prior

60% of deposit > 40 days prior

50% of Deposit > 21 days prior

25% of Deposit > 14 days prior
