Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact us on 022 36 73 019 or email mathias@takeabitewaihekeisland.com.

We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods to us where the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed upon, a replacement package will be given.

We will consider replacements for any deliveries returned to us within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement on any product.
